The first minute

CamZey treats the opening as a finished note. The other person should be able to answer without guessing what you noticed.

Name one concrete thing. Ask one question. Stop. A second question in the same breath reads like a form.

Example, with invented names: “You said the room stays audio-only until you decide. I did the same last winter and it made the first minute easier. Do you switch the camera on only after a reply, or only after you suggest it?”

Under 18: do not start the minute.
